  • Data Handling: No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive client data is processed through AI systems without anonymization, aggregation, and prior client consent as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

  • Human Oversight: AI serves as a tool to assist human decision-making. Final evaluations and decisions are always conducted by Spark Novus personnel.

3. Responsible AI Usage

  • AI tools are designed to complement human expertise. At no point are AI systems used as a substitute for professional judgment or human decision-making.
